Chudo-web Lessons Refund Policy

Students who buy a video lessons occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for people who decide not to take the video lessons. Refunds for online video lessons are only given under the following circumstances:

The user did not access any portion of the video lesson AND the user requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent).

There will be no refunds for any video lessons once a video lessons has been accessed in any manner.

A full refund will be issued. All video lessons will be closed for access.

Please understand that by registering and accessing the video lessons, you have read and agreed to the above refund policy. There is no renewal option for your video lessons. If you do not complete the video lessons by the end date stated in your welcome email, additional fees will apply for advanced access.
